First Data: Development of an online reputation strategy. Support for crisis communication.
Deutsche Telekom: Digital customer service strategy for Telekom Deutschland (Project „Telekom-hilft“) + implementation over a 3 year period. Concept for a customer involvement program.
Volkswagen: Concept and implementation of new digital dialogue channels. Coaching of the customer engagement team. Various campaigns on Facebook.
XING: Product concept for a new B2B brand communications offering. Acquisition of pilot customers.
Nespresso: Sparring partner and internal coach for digital marketing. Concept for a influencer relationship program.
